What's so great about PIP? Other then a distraction from the main movie, it really serves no purpose. Even if movies have it and my PS3 will support it, how would it benefit me. I'm just not seeing it.
But the PS Store still needs lots of improvement. I'd say update the layout. It's still a b!tch to navigate compared to Live.
Have you seen inside their homes, you barely have enough room for a 30" tv, not only that, the Japanese people are home what? 3 hours a day? That's why they are in love with small portable tech. This is my own unresearched comment so I could be 100% wrong.
Did a little research and here is what I found out. With 15 percent of japans land as farmland, there is approximately 1007 people per square mile of japan.
I don't think the $98 dollar hd-dvd will do too much. First off, I wouldn't buy a $98 dollar player to accomidate my $3,000 tv. 2nd, those who waited this long to get a hd-dvd/blu-ray player because it's finally getting cheap probably don't have a HD Ready TV to play their new players on. Even if they buy this $98 dollar player, their standard def tv will not be able to show a difference between standard dvd picture quality to high def so it's still cheaper to go with a $40 dollar dvd play...

ohhh look ma, I just got a $90 hd-dvd player to go with my $3,000 television! WOOT! Yeah right. People who buy these cheap players probably are still in the standard def, 480p max, 30 in., 200lbs crts. That being the case, dvd players and dvd's are cheaper, so unless HD-DVD's costs $20 dollars a copy, $90 dollar players don't mean jack sh!t.

I prefer Blu-Ray as the High Def format. If hd-dvd wins, oh well, if blu-ray wins, a plus on my side. Big woop.
can't compare PC to 360. PC will kick the living balls out of the 360 any day. Guys who claim how great Gears graphics looks don't have a PC or one that is struggling to view N4G.com.
not sure who disagreed with you but I know there is not a single game on the Wii at this moment that is worth my time. My 9 year old niece comes over and plays mario party sometimes but that's even starting to bore her. Perhaps Metroid Prime but never really liked metroid in 3d anyway. I wonder who out there is actually a Wii fan that would disagree with you. I know I'll get some disagree's too but what can you say.

Who ever thought that microsoft actually even gives a rats ass about them is umm... beyond words. This goes for bundgie and all the fanboys. This pretty much goes for almost any company. Your cash is their friend, not you.
Anyway, Microsoft never intended the Xbox 360 to run at 1080p because if it was or "possibly" could, it would of came standard with a HDMI (yes I'm still ticked off about that bs). Now they tout 1080p but to me, it's just cheap upscale... even with the elite system. I like my PS3 and blu-ray library just fine. My Elite 360+HD-DVD drive is a joke.
Good graphics, good game play, but restricted at the same time.
