What I like about sony is that they allow devs to work on new IPs and give them the creative freedom they deserve.
I wish MS would do the same.but sadly, their devs only exists to milk the same IPs. 343I was made to milk halo and The Coalition to milk gears. HECK, even their name was change to fit the gears universe (used to be Black Tusk)

they made a good game with Sony called soul sacrifice (vita exclusive)
for me it was awesome.amazing and interesting world with dark story and very memorable characters . I hope to see a sequel to it (or a remaster first like gravity rush)
I wish if comcept goes back to make a sequel to soul sacrifice it was their best game (on ps4 would be awesome)

As I said, it's not only about the architecture it's also about how each game on orignal ps4 was made. Look at ppsspp (emulator) it can run a lot of games at 60fps but some are UNPLAYABLE because increase the frame rate causes problems in the game
Its the same reason why xbox1 backward compatibility doesn't include everything 360 game (each game is being reviewed and fixed if there is an issue individually)

x1 uses emulation witch means its its locks the uneeded ram so the game can run normally
PC game are made to work on different types of hardware (which is why we see alot of poor optimized games)
PS4 games are made to work on PS4 hardware ONLY so running it on different hardware might cause it to crash,run faster than normal (look at GoW on ppsspp@60fps) or any type of problems
in short, games on pc are ported to adapt and work on different hardware...

Scorpio is NOT and upgrade to x1. Its another console that has full compatibility with x1 games and It has its own exclusives only vr games for now...but I think will see other games too
Price plays a huge factor my friend
by the time scorpio releases, ps4pro will have price drop/holiday season discount (probably around 350$)
if the gpu alone cost as much as ps4pro, I dont think scorpio will stand a chance against ps4pro price wise
also, for most people who are willing to pay heavy price for gaming machine shoudl buy a pc (as I said rx480 is only 200$) and you can get all of xbox exclusive + all of ps4 console exclusives (like neir automata....cant wait for that game)

Ps4 pro is aiming for low price market (like AMD with rx480)
While Scorpio is for hight budget market(like Nvidia with gtx1080)
Look at ps1, ps2 and wii
