Im basing my claim on the fact that he couldn't found the game him self and Sony are founding it for him
Look at SFV , sony founded it and its not on x1 because a game that is made with Sony's money will no release on xbox and a game thats owned by sony wont release on any other platform
Time exclusivity is for pc probably

Remember when naughty dogs were only 2 guys and sony help them and made them what that are today??
I think this guy will be the next naughty dogs......then people will complain about him working with sony even though sony helped he to be game developer (just like how people complain how sony owns naughty dogs)

This game worked on by 1 guy for 2 year, he couldn't take it anymore and almost cancelled it . As a last chance,he uploaded gameplay video to YouTube and people fell in love with it. He was about to cancel the game because he couldn't continue it on his own but sony stepped in to help him make this game.....make his dream come true

I don't believe xbox will get a version for 2 reasons.
1. Sony is founding it and and will NOT pay to port it to Xbox (and I don't believe he will port it him self)
2.his is Korean(Asian) and xbox is non existent in asia so I don't believe he care about xbox

If they released the director's cut at the same time as the release it would be like the collector edition or premium edition that comes with season pass
Here's why:
I already payed full price so why do I need to keep paying to have those stuff ?specially if other games (and previous installments) don't try to milk me
At least with dlc you buy it once and you get access to everything it offers.
Director's cut is more like GotY edition with dlc (you only buy it once and get everything) while Microtransaction is designed for you to keep spending money over and over again
Maybe because it doesn't offer games they want
Or xbox brand isn't as strong as ps brand (nkt only in Japan but also worldwide)

Yes its hard however,unlike souls game, it has random drop system so armor,weapons, etc won't be determined by the area you play but by your luck (I like using katanas but always get axes and spears -_-) it has co-op (and mybe pvp)
And spidermanPs4.......and horizon.......and persona5.....and journey.....and byond 2souls......and Nioh......and uncharted
