Exactly, devs can't go against COD, devs can't share the COD success by making their own FPS trying to be like COD, it's like the third party support on the wii, every dev tried to replicate Nintendo games to achieve the same success, FAILED, moved to the HD consoles and start chasing COD sales by making military-based FPS games, FAILED ... now, moving to mobile devices like smartphones and tablets to replicate Angry Birds success and we all know how its gonna end :P
Market is definitely there, so they can exploit it the way they want, by looking at these numbers, they pretty much has covered the FPS market-field and will do until COD loss its "charm" or whatever it is that makes +20m people buy the damned games, the same way Capcom kind of found a market for their Super-Ultra-Gold rehashes with added content compared to their normal releases, kind of the GOTY Edition of games, but without being GOTY :P
Also, social networks are not reliable at all, look at myspace and others that lost their popularity and are easily replaced with new social things, is going to happen to FB eventually, some other will replace it, and the cycle will repeat itself and...

Is there a way in which all PSN Services can be fused to make a huge-ass mega-service without restrictions based on the place in the world you live? like one Service which would be equal to anyone else and let me get, for example, the European VidZone and the gold library of Japanese PSN games, while I'm in America, that would be absolutely awesome...

Updated the game, no free DLC, PD added 3 new Seasonal Events, Nascar, Drift and Trial, in less than 24 hours all the records were made :( I'm like 10k something in the online ranking :P
The problem with N is, their exclusives Always overshadow third party games, third parties can't go against Mario + other IPs and they can't replicate casual games in order to achieve success like N does, look at the wii, shovelware all over it, look at the GC and the third party exclusives, nowhere near the sales of N games...
That's even worse, we're talking about COD, the franchise that keeps using the same old modified Id Tech 3 Engine for yeaaaars....
RUF is equivalent of say Nismo for Nissan, although Nismo is part of Nissan, RUF gets the Porsche cars and modify not just the engine also they add custom parts and stuff to enhance the car performance...
American Muscle Cars are great, we all know that, but they're nowhere near the same level of European cars, I'm a huge fan of German Cars, Audi, BMW and MBenz are at the top...
