Yeah, it's a mith to explain bad decisions from the console makers:
N64 = fanboy mith = console curse =/= reality -> Cartdriges were more expensive than CDs
PS3 = fanboy mith = console curse =/= reality -> $600>$500>$400 price tag
How it worked for Sega? did it had 2 successful consoles b4 Dreamcast? or was it Saturn? confused... thing is there is no console curse, N64 suffered from chosing cards over affordable CDs and PS3 was expensive as hell for the average joe until 2 years (almost 3) in the market...
You don't need 5 reasons, game simply sucks, Wii-U guys avoided a huge pile of crap called game...

There is nothing to defend, this gen games were made to be played online + added features to be used online, social became important and that's online aswell, nextgen what would you expect is to go further than that, so logical step would be always on...
the mew2 from the movie (I think) was a good design, like it had all wires and a helmet and then he take them off and looked boss, then there was the other flying rat lol and this is... eh, reaching Digimon levels of adding crap to animals to make them look bad@ss :/
PC elitists are like that for no reason, they can't stand people enjoying games on "underpowered hardware", worst about that, they think the most powerful graphic card of the week (little example would be: 1000 US Dollars TITAN) is what the average PC gamer have, which is a total Lie, there are pc-gamers out there with rigs that can't match PS360 visuals XP ... yeah the master-race lawl
DriveClub looks really great, I mean the whole detail in every aspect of the cars is mindblowing, gotta see how it plays though...

I never thought of that, after years of learning how to make the CELL work, they now need to ditch all that and start from scratch? can't be that way, right?
WOW -> X360 @ $99 = overkill make it $150 and you have total domination, but lower price is better for all, so yay!
For now, of course, lets see in a couple of years, at least we all know it's not going to be like the PS3 in the sense of that it'd be able to catch up with anything "new" as in apps and stuff like that...
