My best part from Ubisoft's conference was South Park's devtalk. Those guys are hilarious.
And Aisha Tyler was alright throughout the conference.

I had some harsh words for GT:S when it was first revealed. (and I don't care, it was really bad for a GT)
But yesterday I saw the E3 build, and they have made some improvements. Can't judge the sound that easily but the visuals have gone much much better.

FF7Remake will have a release date of 2018 when Square Enix will have E3 conference in 2018, then it will be delayed to 2019, and then PS5 devkits will be distributing so SE will say eff it..lets just make it PS5 launch game. And during further optimization for PS5 it will release in 2020.

I am really sick of developers coming on stage and waste our time with hyperbole words about their own games. Sony did it right, this is how E3 is supposed to be.
I even liked the COD part (infact I was always interested in its campaign and I don't play MP anyway).
I dare say, This Sony conference was better than "E3 of dreams" Sony conference from 2015.
I am a huge Starcraft fan, practically lived and breathed Warcraft when I was young. So a new AAA RTS coming my way, I just had to read the whole thing.
and damn you crashed and burned my hype. This was what I was fearing. After playing SC2, no rts feels satisfying anymore. And even after the day of reveal I was hard pressed to find a "PC gameplay footage" on youtube. Well...I guess I will play AOM / RedAlert2 again.

All of this is doing a ground work for XB2. If they stick to XB1, continue to make games or try to make successful new IPs, the future demand for XB2 will be more tempting. I don't know but I find it very very hard to believe that MS can "Save" XB1 in any way possible when PS4 has that lead already.

We all know how RYSE and DR3 went, (they had to self publish PC titles for making up losses)
Sunset Overdrive though great didn't sell well.
Even Titanfall (EA) got buried for some bizzare reason (I liked it)
Quantum Break was super bomba (lets not sugar coat it)

And I guess by "NEXT gen" rivals he means the fact that, PS3 library was so diverse and strong, people flocked to PS4.
Now with PS4 again, Sony is constantly showing new diverse and strong IPs, that this will make sure people will choose PS5 too whenever it launches.
Because a "current gen" rival discussion...is not even a discussion.
I think people are content when games like God of War, Horizon Dawn and Uncharted 4 looks amazing on a PS4.
I wouldn't buy PS4Neo, but I don't feel threatened by it at all. PS4 will be loved for years, but still its nice to have options for people who do want a little more shine and doesn't mind digging 400$ from their pockets so early. Sony made sure it's not a necessity, but an option.

Slim consoles work the same way they worked last generation (yes added 4K etc), but when people know there's a much much stronger console coming in just a year, they would rather save and buy that one.
Ofcourse Xbox One S makes sense for people who don't see E3 and aren't up to date with Gaming news. (which are quite a lot I should assume)
