It's not illegal if WB or the youtuber clearly states that this video is SPONSORED.
In this case the youtuber said it was sponsored so he is in clear, while WB didn't do it thoroughly.
Many developers and other tech companies also gives money to youtubers to cover their product which is not illegal as long as they make sure the viewers knows it is sponsored.
Just like how GameTheory channel outright says this or that video is sponsored by...

In my country, buying DLC costs as much as an entire new game. Physical-PC copies are massively cheaper than Steam which just started using Rupees.
With that being said, I wait and only buy GOTY editions. Last DLC I bought was ME3Citadel because it was worth it.

NFS 2015/16 barely made any dent on the sales side, and for good reasons.
The game was unnecessarily Online-only without even the basic things you expect from an online game.

Last I heard the Dev version was 3000$. I still doubt Nintendo would even bother making something for Hololens 2 years from now given how less the adoption rate for a device like that would. (even when P:GO makes perfect sense in Hololens)

I'm beyond excited for this game but I have my expectations in check. People who think this game will give 200hours of interesting gameplay are way waay too optimistic seeing the scope of the game.
Despite being an amazing game, their will be some whiners who will cry too much about it being disappointing.
