Something tells me that this guy doesn't own an Xbox 360. Why do all ps3 fans act like this, I have never seen a civilized ps3 fan.
Ignore this, clicked the wrong comment
Ati Xenos Baby!
Never catch on, it's too much space we don't need it. By 2010 these disc will be $100 a pop. It is meant for huge data storage by coparations.
This is what I have been saying. Sony can't compete with microsoft graphics why because it's microsoft that sets how new graphics looks. Not ATI, Not Nvidia it's Mircosoft. They know what we need for the future in terms of graphics. They created Direct X 10 (Windows Graphics Foundation 2.0) and they incorporated in into the xbox 360, no PC graphic card even supports that. Vista will be the first OS to support that, Developers aren't familiar with Direct X 10 so currently they are using Direct...
No price drop people, there is no reason to.
Thats a pretty big power supply for the wii. I know my xbox 360 has a big power supply but I thought since the wii didn't use alot of energy it could get away with a small power supply.
CG Galore!
By the time HD movies catch on we will be going into the next xbox. That would obviously include the HD drive.
how do you know this?
What about harddrive, integration with PC, the whole live experience.
I hope live co-op and other online get added in over xbox live. Like what they did with Kameo.
I can't help but notice July 2nd is on a Sunday. :(
There is not i in Wiiii, oh ya there is.
What did you agree to? I think sony should stop being alittle greedy and go with toshiba and work out a comprimise. As of right now HD-DVD is winning. And there is no point in both companies throwing money into 2 products that are basically the samething. What toshiba wants is consumers to get into HD, what sony wants is people to buy blu-ray so they can get a cut of all the profits. Sony also has made offers with companies like samsung, pioneer and panasonic to reduce royalties if they make ...
I heard microsoft is spending over a billion dollars on building online infastrature, which include tons of servers. Thrust me every dollar will count we need more servers. I think by christmas xbox live should be really fast, microsoft said at E3 that they only expected 1 million downloads by may but instead had over 24 million downloads and over 1000 peices of content.
Toshiba is not backing down. It's that they would rather have a unified format so that customers will start buying it. With HD-DVD and BD customers will be catious on which one to get since either one might be gone in a couple years. Sony on the other hand has a lot riding on Blu-ray, they are losing a lot of ground in the A/V field because of Samsung so they need a sure way to make money. And thats where blu-ray comes into play, sony gets money for every blu-ray disk that is sold since they ...
Sounds cools, I hope it's an MMO
They wouldn't do this. A price drop would attract waaaaaaay more people that HD-DVD/Blu-ray. But a 3rd SKU would be amazing. Have it at $499 to $549, include a bigger harddrive and a combo HD-DVD/Blu-ray machine with HDMI. 100% sony is dead if Microsoft does this.
I don't care if you don't believe me and honestly I don't care. But multiplatform developers are developing games on the xbox 360 since it has a great set of tools. I'm not sure if microsoft did it on purpose but going from xbox 360 to ps3 is harder then going from ps3 to xbox 360. Like it's pretty simple to take a game like Warhawk which is coded for the cell, then bunch that code together and it will run on the xbox 360 fine. But the other way for example taking Oblivion and porting to the ...
