That's because the Wii brought something completely new to the table, so it didn't need power. And the Wii (of course) can do more than the last generation consoles. My point is that the next Nintendo console will have to have the basic features of the current-gen consoles. Now, some people will say of course it'll have those things, but the reason why I brought them up is because Nintendo (specifically Iwata) isn't into all that stuff.
Another point is that...
Hand-held wise, yes. But they will have to step up their game (Console power, online service, hardrive, DLC) if they want to dominate next gen.
It's a guy in a suit with a helmet/visor, so that means that's a Halo rip off? Cmon people, TONS of games have a suited visor hero. Metroid (Samus), Crysis, Crackdown 2, Vanquish, Timeshift, etc. At least say it's a Samus rip off since, you know, she was the first huge visored hero (correct me if Im wrong), cause Halo didn't start the trend.
Greatest, video, ever.

I agree that the 360 isn't so hot right now, and it is dying down a bit, but still, this article was pointless and just pure fanboyish. Things like this don't need to be written.
I'm not even a Halo fan, but........sure, he does have no personality, but isn't that because the Spartan surgery ripped him of all emotion so they couldn't get in the way of the mission?
Yea, he might as well be a robot, but at least there's a reason why he's like that.
All of those things you listed can be done in ONE press of a button. There's no process, like real RPGs have. Sure it has all those things, but you can't honestly sit there and say it's as deep as let's say, Final Fantasy X and XII. It's way too simple.
In real RPGs, you got to go to dungeons and fight monsters and such to get materials. You don't enter some silly mini game. Think about it man. You find materials, take it to a smith or something of t...
No, it's the other way around. It's a 3rd person shooter with a [SMALL] implemented RPG system, not an RPG with an implemented 3rd person system.
No one can deny that's it's a 3rd person shooter before it's a RPG.
Lol, shuddup cjasko xD
I don't care what anyone says. Mass Effect TWO is NOT an RPG. The RPG elements in this game were so light. To me, this game is a third-person shooter with a SLIGHT progression system.
Im not saying it's a bad game - it's one of my favorite games this gen, but I just hate how it's counted as an RPG.
Yes, people still play it. Where have you been, under a rock? Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, No More Heroes 2, Trauma Team, Monster Hunter 3, Red Steel 2, Sin and Punishment 2, and Super Mario Galaxy 2 have all already came out this year. There's plenty of hardcore games to play.
Goldeneye and Conduit 2 should be on this list.
If NINTENDO and SONY reject something supposedly so "innovative", that's how you know something is wrong with it.
Smash Bros announcer: "No Contest"
Stronger, HD console, Hardrive, New IPs, improved online (no friend codes), better multimedia functionalities, and All-in-one packages, and by that, I mean no WiiMotion Plus add-ons, and things of that nature. Have everything ready at launch.
LOL
That is all.
Battalion Wars 2
Little King Story 2
MadWorld 2
Conduit 3 (on the next console)
Red Steel 3 [Would be orgasmic]
Hm, it would probably have sold the same WORLDWIDE. But before the PS3 guys click disagree, here the reasoning.
There's twice as many Wii's as PS3s in Japan, but at the same time, MH3 would've sold more out here due to most of the Wii's owners out here being casuals. So it would've sold more in Japan, but less in America, thus, it would've sold the same.
