As much as I'd love to see a statistic of how many consoles are bought purely out of spite, we both know that's not true. The only thing it's doing is making the community more elitist and segregated as a whole in my opinion, and that isn't very good, as can be seen with the current amount of bullshit being thrown by either side, this generation and the one before it.
Everyone focusing on the resolution issues are just shocking. Seriously, give it a fucking rest. Honestly I have to agree with epoxe here on this one, it just seems like grasping at straws with the idea that it's just a concept we've been shown. We can judge what we see, and have the right to, and judging by technology that's ALREADY pushing the boundaries, then we can safely say it's not going to be as premium of an experience that people expect of Sony. There's no hate or nay saying in my comment, but what I'm saying is people need to be more realistic.
This is flamebait in it's purest form. There is no way PC and Console will ever intersect in such a way, because there's always going to be that difference in library and userbase. You can't threaten something you don't compete with.
