Trying to defeat piracy is like trying to cure a disease that will never die. You just keep trying and trying, but all you're doing is making setbacks for them to twiddle their thumbs with until one of them finds a way past it. It's a shame that it's like this, but that's just life now. There isn't a way to defeat piracy unless you just make the game in question full of protection features that drives everyone including the pirates away.
The way I see it most actual pirates are people in circumstances who actually don't have the ability to buy these games, so you actually can't "fix" piracy. The only way to do that would be to have a really strong global economy. I know I sure wouldn't be able to get expensive games if I wanted.
Just make games worth while and more people will buy them.
Watch them use it to pump out kinect games.

I never liked your subscription fee for online, and I absolutely hated that I have to pay for LIVE, AND Netflix just because you lock it from the people who don't want to pay your absurd fees. Who the fuck cares? Stop with the dick measuring contests. Neither Consoles nor PC dominate one another, and they'll never get close to doing that either. Both are equally as good, and have their own appeal and their own market. You can't compare these things without bringing up the fact that they don't want eachothers' markets.

Even though I'm generally a PC gamer, this looks like so much fun! I'm definitely going to follow this game as it progresses, hell I might even get a pre-order of it if there ever is one.
