Really? My $600 toshiba laptop can pull it off at 60-70 fps, dipping when I use fraps to around 40-30 considering what a resource hog the program is.

No thanks! S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is too good of an IP for this team to just mess up and destroy. It's going to be like Mechwarrior all over again, but I doubt it'd be on as big of a scale.

I've got to agree, Tribes and the whole Starsiege universe as a whole really did kinda' inspire the first looks of Halo, but then again they did change it a lot from that first demo we got to see.
