Old, It's already dropped and hasn't dropped more. It's more of a reaction to the lack of info then the nature of the videos shown. They still showed graphics better or on par with ps3 at the show. More I think investers git spooked by confusion like the rest of us.

It's really going to be a very similar fight to 360 vs ps3. Both have similar features, one is more powerful then the other, 1 will have a good head start in games and adoption. Unfortunately for the vita, it will live in the shadow of psp. I think it might be very close. But 3ds will get the lead eventually. I imagine if nintendo every sees a need they can drop that price to 199 and sony likely will not be able to budge with the hardware it's offering.
It really does look like they made a really needed update finally. Looks like 3ds AC might just rob me of portions of my life spent doing productive things all over again.

That was a close call... bit heavy on the motion. However they got the job done and the vita reveal accomplished being amazing, at 250-300. That's a damned competitive system.

Not really. I think it's just a difference in graphical shaders and lighting. It seems like their different but their not really... Not to mention the 3ds version is a blown up and converted version of what you see. It's not going to look as good as it does on the 3ds screen. Plus how about a little slack. In 3d mode it will be processing and displaying the graphics capabilities of a ps2 in 2 slightly different angles. Actually pretty impressive.

They only made like 3 major announcements in the entire hour. Microsoft was them playing 2008 nintendo in 2010, Nintendo was rapid fire awesome announcements all the way through. New zelda showing, 3ds, the lineup of 30 some odd games. Nintendo certainly won last year.
All they need to do this year is show what's coming...
