You are looking at sony working at the eyetoy, not the move. thothing in that video shows them working with gyroscopes in controllers which is what wii was. In addition, nintendo goes earlier then that with motion controls. They had the powerglove in the NES age.
@white Let me educate you about nintendo and throwing in interesting ideas. Nintendo hasen't changed at all, you say NES had no gimmicks so it'd sell? ROB the robot ring a bell? How about the powermat? NES Zapper? SNES wasn't sold with gimmicks, however nintendo did make a midi keyboard, a mouse, and the superscope for it. N64 had the analog stick as a selling point, in fact the whole controller was a gimmick with numerous plug ins including the first instance of Rumble in gaming....
...and for ps3 it would seem.
@mister Actually they apparently are selling at cost now, they aren't making a profit on the drop, but their also not making a loss. The question is, what will the have to fall back on hardwarewise if vita fails with them paying HD production costs on those game titles?
Who cares, imagine all the money sony will lose with it's recent ps3 price drop. With what Big N is still making on wiis, it likely will balance out nicely.
Meanwhile, 3ds adoption grows and the software lineup will start finally being killer after just being meh. Tekken, MK7 SML 3d, Ace combat, Driver, Rayman Origins, Starfox64 3d. Things are looking up. Gonna suck being a Nintendo hater in the next 2 months.
Now there's the adoption 3ds needed. Now maybe we can start getting some new games for the fancy handheld.

K, just a Sony fanboy circle jerk article. BTW, nintendo has region locking which can be removed with homebrew which nintendo doesn't even bother attacking anymore. Last person who found a way to hack a ps3 got sued, then sony made lots of bad decisions after after that backlash. All three love gamers in all reality, region locking shows no more respect. Less likely it was respect then an oversight they didn't bother with.
Their the innovators in the industry, it would be a terrible loss to all of gaming if they stopped making hardware.

According to what i've read it apparently has a 200mhz GPU just like the vita will. Not sure of other specs in comparison but vita also has just VGA cameras front and back. Nearly I can tell unless better specs are shown, vita is just a 3ds with a bigger screen, 3g available, a 2nd dual analog, and a touch gimmick but no 3d. I feel that's a better analogy then 3ds is a ds with 3d.
