I reckon Vg charts is closer then this person's calculations. He/she is adding 2 q of production shipments and 3 q's of recorded sales. That is going to give you a total of 2q productions shipments and 3 q recorded sales, not a total sell through 10.5 million.

They lowered expectations from 11 million to 9.5 million.
Edit: had a closer look at the numbers. its a collective of 5 quarters. Two are production shipments, 3 are recorded sales. not really a good way to collect data.
x360 requires propriety hard drive..$99...but don't qoute me on that, cause I'm not really sure...

the ps3 don't have halo, so we can't compare that. But someone should contact infinity ward and ask them about the average kills on ps3 and 360 multiplayer. Should provide a stat to atleast say how the controllers play in the average hands. That's fps of course. Everyone seems to agree that the Dpad isn't in a v.good condition for 360.

Man I haven't even gone through half the games I bought late last year. Drakes uncharted finished, ratchet and clank finished, going through orange box at the moment. Portal just finished.

I think your stretching the use of the word affiliate just a little bit. The BBC have to justify going blue ray exclusive to the British Government, before anything else. It works differently to Warner Bros etc. Warner Bros don't have the same leverage over the bbc like they do over Lionsgate etc...

your right..in the first year with a whole lot of problems, and for the first part no participation in the euro/other market, Ps3 already has cut the x360 lead by half. and don't forget x360 outsold Ps3 most of the weeks, and had what was widely thought to be a lack lustre lineup.
