@Proxy, if I read it right. Yeah, you can use gcc with HP Slate. Atleast the MinGW version without an addl keyboard. With an USB keyboard, installing Linux should be no problem and if this device catches fire, maybe Open Source devs create drivers for the touch interface(just guessing).

I am so glad I didn't get DSi. A refresh often seems to mean something better is coming round the corner. Except perhaps the PS3 slim and maybe Xbox 360(Natal).

Did you any of you guys play Half Life 1 when it came out? Did you feel the awesomeness of button pressing? That feeling was so out of this world(I remember pressing buttons for no reason, it was that awesome). I couldn't get that sensation even with Mass Effect 2. Could you really feel that awesomeness with Uncharted 2?
I am dead serious. The only thing that is going to give that next is brain-computer interface.
@mal_tez92, adding to Raf1k1, most of today's mid range cards(>$150) can perform better than either the 360 or the PS3. Personally I like my controller.
