Nintendo is being aggressive, good. imo he is right, Being $300, free online, with 2 games is a real bargain. Wii u 2014 alone has provided the best games that the other consoles combined cant beat being Bayo 2, Mario kart 8 (with the awesome new cheap dlc launched), Hyrule warriors, DK tropical freeze, soon to be Smash bros and not long after Capt toad. Call me a fanboy but Wii u has been kickin *** in terms of quality games.
I am going to be straight up here. I have no desire whatsoever to pick up a ps4 or xbox one controller right now. I am dead serious when I say there are no games that interest me at all on those platforms. The 3rd party imo has been low quality and lack luster, just look at unity, destiney, etc. Not saying they are bad, just filler and nothing more. I did not even know that dance central was on the wii u, let alone any one who owns it. From what I can tell on the wii u there is a popularity rating telling you the games everyone is playing. I have seen assassins creed on there twice once the games launched. But I don't see any Nintendo owners supporting it let alone anyone buying it.

Glad Nintendo is not only going to allow lets plays but support them. It is going to be funny because lets play channels like wiiriketopray are going to be paid by Nintendo. Could this mean more lets players will want to play Nintendo games to get money from Nintendo and in the process spreading the word of Nintendo games? This should be intresting to see what happens.
Companies have to adapt in order to survive in their environment. It is not just Nintendo. Though imo, Nintendo is the company that changes the most out of any game company.

Smash is not out yet. That is probably going to be the biggest fighting game of this gen.

DK tropical freeze was amazing this year to. Hyrule warriors is great from what I have heard (have not bought yet). Captain toad comes out not long after Smash. Mabey other console owners have been dis satisfied but I am happy with my wii u. Lots of fantastic wii u games have been released this year that most of them are GOTY contenders being Smash, Mario Kart, Bayo 2, And DK.
Not to mention that new Mario kart dlc adds so much more to Mario kart for such a cheap price. dlc ...
I would rather not have the wii u's library be filled with shovel ware. When the wii u crokes and Nintendo moves on to their next console. I want people to say, "Shame it did not sell well, it had some really great gems."

Maybe in 3d mouse control, but pc did not have full 3d analog control until the N64. Joysticks only had an 8 direction input. The n64 allowed for full 360 movement as well as tilt accutase (example being if I tilt a little Mario walks, tilt all the way he runs). Pc only allowed 3d camera movement via mouse without any sort of tilt accutase. And no, rumble was indeed done on the n64 first. Even so, disagree as you will, but people of today can remember and state the memorable games on the n64 ...
