@ElementX
Why would those impressions of hardware or games require an E3 presence? Sony could, quite literally, hold their own event, invite press and fans, reveal their hardware, show off some games, etc.
I'm not seeing an argument that necessitates a presence at E3 outside of "It's E3!"
I mean, I'm not. The writing's been on the wall for E3 for a few years now.
Gonna go ahead and guess you don't know what CES is for.
@Elda
That's "Experience PlayStation", not "PlayStation Experience". Sliiiightly different.
God yes, easily the best moment in a game in 2019.
It was, and even more so RE4, but people hear "action-oriented" and immediately leap to "It's not survival horror anymore! RE6 all over again!" and whatnot.
They're-uh... they're actually not. Public participation is still limited, most fan engagement at E3 time is via social media and live streams.
We got a business grad here.
>Evolving
They're supposedly leaning back toward being industry-focused and trying to appeal to the masses via "Influencers" in attendance.
They're not obligated to participate. lol
Here we go again. Time for the same old talking points.
Would you accept someone from DF outright saying that Dead Rising 3 and Killzone: Shadow Fall couldn't have been done on the 360 or PS3 without being very different games?

These were all consoles out at the same time as the Atari 2600, how were they not competition?
The situation with the Saturn is a lot more complicated that that, tbf. There's literally no way any of the current companies could find themselves in that boat with their next iteration, barring Nintendo if they decide to cut their gen short, and even THAT would require them to make deliberately bad decisions.
Atari had competition, dude. The Intellivision, Colecovision, Odyssey, and the Vectrex.
The craziest part is, some of their competing consoles even had models with slots for Atari games built right in. Between stuff like that, and everybody either ripping off each other's games with a slightly new title and tons of cheap games crapped out... that's how the crash happened. lol
...no?
What an objectively silly question.
PFFFFFT
WHAT???
Not my pick, but def a solid choice.
Training IS part of the games. You increase your stats by training, eating, increasing Goku's bond with other characters, etc. You also have to train to master new moves before they're unlocked.
As for the other bit... Vegeta's story literally is dependent on Goku. His character is not a stand-alone. Dragon Ball IS Goku's story, man. Just like you're not gonna have Naruto without Naruto, or One Piece without Luffy.
Sure it does.
