No. You can't just change the definition of "Xbox" just because it's convenient.
Insomniac wouldn't have sold to Microsoft. It's not about the money.

I don't think there's a machine out there that can do 4K120fps with Raytracing at Ultra settings.
Let alone a $500 console.
Nothing else even had gameplay except the Halo 5 trailer and FH5.
My favorite are when you use this wall run pads. Ratchet/Rivet use a glove and some sort of electricity as they run. The haptics simulate the feeling of electricity in your palms. It's nuts.
No you can't. The game doesn't run at 120fps lol.
Microsoft has always ruled with an iron hammer:
Bungie wanted to become independent because Microsoft wanted more Halo. Then 343 was created and obviously Halo games are going to be what they live and die by.
Black Tusk Studios were making a New IP until Microsoft bought the Gears IP from Epic and then changed the studio name again to Coalition. Denoting the fact that we may see them make Gears games forever.
Platinum was making a great...
@Sonyslave3
We're solely talking about graphics here...
343 is nowhere near as capable as Guerilla Games. They're barely competent. Halo: Infinite looked like an early Xbox One game when it was first revealed.
Dualsense won't change all the other things that make The Medium bleed mediocrity.
It looks insane for a cross-gen title I can only imagine how Horizon 3 is going to look.
Also since H:FW will add underwater as a new element of gameplay, I imagine they'll leave flying for Horizon 3. That will make Horizon 3 have the most diverse options to be able to tackle each robo-dino. Do you take a mount in on land, do you stealth from the water, or do you fly in and attack from above?
Can't wait!
It's spelled "curb" and is right in the article yet you managed to grossly misspell it.
It will be outdated by the time it comes to PC.
By the time it drops on PC we'll be playing something else.
Look how fantastic Ghost of Tsushima and The Last of Us 2 look on 7-8 year old hardware.
So you want to sell it to rebuy 8 months later?...
$60 adjusted for inflation is $74-$75 today. $70 makes perfect sense, and whoever disagrees just simply doesn't understand economics.
Sony RAISED Naughty Dog, Suckerpunch, and Insomniac Games into respective acquisition. These studios released 90% if not 100% of their games on Playstation anyways.
It's not the same as Microsoft buying studios left and right to pretend they have games. Studios that were previously multiplatform, and now forced to develop exclusively.
You can say that about Xbox. But Playstation is giving PC sloppy seconds of 2-3 year old games. While you guys wait another 2-3 years to maybe* play the corresponding sequel on PC or give in and buy a PS5.
I find it hilarious that Xbox fanboys compare Microsoft buying Bethesda to any one of Sony's acquisitions.
Let's look at Insomniac, 95% of their games were exclusive to Playstation. Whether they were purchased or not it wouldn't have affected the rest of gaming.
Bethesda on the other hand is home to almost a dozen fan favorite franchises that were multiplatform. The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Wolfenstein, Dishonored, Doom, and so on.
