This kind of story fuels the fire in terms of negativity towards the gaming industry. The fact that a console was stolen in the process is neither hear nor there. If they chose a house at random, then why is there mention of the Xbox 360 being stolen?
Sensationalist headlines with a console thrown in for good measure might generate traffic for the site in question, but think about the wider implications.
This is just the sort of thing politicians pounce on and make a...
Free roaming would be good, and would also lend itself to co-op play, worked well for Crackdown.
If a reviewer feels a game deserves a 9.5 based on his or her playing experience then so be it. Obviously you guys have played Saints Row 2 and disagree.
During the N64 era there was no such thing as System Link, PSN or Xbox Live so you had to make do with Split-screen. There are many games that remain successful without split-screen options.
I don't think there is split screen. System Link & Live only which seems the norm these days.
I assume you've played R2 then to make such a bold statement?
As far as I can tell they are two different types of shooter. So why even bring up the comparison?
There is room for more than one Big Boss you know.
The article states that Far Cry 2 offers the required addiction level with class upgrades gained by XP as well as weapons perks. The bonus here is that the game also offers an amazing looking map maker.
His comments are valid though, and in a genre that is crowded, and especially with WWII inspired games, then you do have to do something different.
Naturally he's bigging up his own title, but at least BIAs isn't just a bog standard COD copy cat game and adds its own flavor to the gameplay (ie. squad based gameplay).
I'm calling bullcrap. As you say, if the glitch was intentional then the patch makes no sense what so ever.
They screwed up and now are trying to save face. Although they're not because they released a fix. They should have left it.
There are more trolls here than in the game. It's amazing that you all would rather waste your time posting nonsense here than in other news posts that are more relevant to your own gaming tastes.
Carry on.
There's an achievement associated with activating all wells (teleports to another realm called cyberspace). Cyberspace also contains other goodies as well.
The content is available in Europe as of yesterday, I assume NA will get it very soon.
£2.00 per five items and there are over 350 in the game as standard. If you were to break down the 350 items into groups of 5 based on the same economic scale and charge £2 for each group of five items, how much would the cost of the game be... £140 - That's almost $300 for Americans. This is also not including the actual game mechanics itself.
Namco's business model is really not giving a monkeys about the fans of the game, and is playing on the number of casuals ...
This is only part of the content that came with the LE version (five items in total). 200 points is like £2.00.
Very funny!
agree with you there, it seems weird that they don't appeal to both camps and make some more money in the process.
Although I don't agree that only Xbox 360 owners should get Vader and leave PS3 gamers with nothing. That's just wrong.
The guide has been updated considerably since this news post was made.
But even I smiled at that comment.
These comments have made my day. The reason I posed the question is the fact that Namco's other fighting game (Tekken) doesn't have any boobs, well it has well covered small ones at least, and sells very well without the need for big bazookas.
Credible enough to have played the whole game before passing judgment - something the bigger sites often don't do.
