I don't care about Activision pumping out a new CoD every year. I also don't care about EA pumping out a new Madden every year. If the fans enjoy it, go crazy with it. Personally, I'm never buying another CoD title until they introduce something new and fresh like CoD4.
The one thing that does bother me is the fact that other developers / publishers are looking to imitate CoD to bank on its success. This is the only thing that really gets me sour. Stop trying to b...

They should just give Eddie his "Killers" look. The hatchet could be his primary weapon.
Eddie in Mortal Kombat...Make it happen, Netherrealm Studios.
No, no, no...Screw PC exclusivity.
Battlefield 2142 was an amazing game that needed to be played by everyone. I spent over 500 hours playing that game's amazingly creative multiplayer modes. (Titan Mode was AMAZING!)
Bring it to PC AND consoles, then everyone can be happy.
Also, since BF3 isn't PC exclusive, I highly doubt any other iteration in the franchise will remain PC exclusive. The numbered BF titles are the biggest ones in th...
I still don't see the "unfortunate" similarities.
"does anybody really think this will beat MW3...lol..."
In terms of quality? Graphical capabilities? Fun factor? Replay value? Abso-friggin'-lutely. That's just me, though.
Oh, and I really lol'd at this in particular: "The Battlefield Multi-player is broken with numerous bugs, in particular the lighting that looks launch title like, clunky animations and depth of field similar to something you find in a last gen game"

Why not? They're awesome. My PX21 headset is the only one I've used that didn't hurt my ears after prolonged usage.
I agree with FatOldMan.
Battlefield 3 is the true hipster choice.
(Also, from what I've played in the BF3 alpha, BF3 doesn't really play like BF2.)
@AliTheBrit420
I'm sorry, what are you getting at with your comment?
Also, taking the Bible out context is overdone. Let's come up with some new material, yeah?
Yeah, I'm a little confused as well...
If you think cardboard armor is amazing, I've got a medieval armor suit built out of soda cans that'll blow your mind.
Yeah, and not all people from Texas are morons.
I've lived in Texas for all of my life, and I think these people need to be clubbed.
Clearly he isn't a real Christian. There's no debating that.
Is it just me or does the first one look like Natalie Portman?!
Pfft, I love the elitist "most (experienced) gamers" comment.
I'm an "experienced" gamer (19 years of experience beginning with Super Mario Bros.) and I loved Heavy Rain.
Cool! I'm rooting for you, Capcom. I hope you guys get this one right.
I just checked my e-mail and I actually received my invitation to the alpha. Just a heads-up to the people that submitted their info. CHECK YOUR E-MAIL!
Looks GREAT! This is by far my most anticipated game of 2011. (Unless Guild Wars 2 gets a pop-announcement.)
I was STUPID with disappointment after learning that you never actually confronted Clayface in Arkham Asylum.
I really, really want him in Arkham City.
@news4geeks
You're sorely mistaken with your "No True Scotsman" accusation.
Hitler claimed he was a Christian, so I guess every single Christian is a murderous anti-Semite?
There are Christians, and there are people who claim to be Christians. These are two totally different parties, buddy.
Also, I really dig the middle school-level insult. Stay classy with that one bubble.
