Its hard to find a 500$ to run like the console from scratch once you have one made its pretty easy to upgrade, but yea it would need to be premade and on sale (a lucky find) or buying parts bit by bit (not recommended) a PC is not a machine just for playing videogames like a console, you can do a lot more on it, also usually games on console are equivalent of a mix between medium/low and upscaled resolution on PC but people goes to a PC and wants to put everything on ultra with a Nvidia xx50...

you could say the campaign but then is utterly crap that is doing nothing or worst, hurting the multiplayer. the multiplayer after 3 weeks is none existent, nobody wants to play that crap, and even warzone is decreasing and decreasing on players, it gets up when something release and goes below downhill after 2 weeks, even apex has more play...

those are paid reviews for the most part, many reviewers didn't get a copy to review the game, based on 78 reviewers when most other hyped AAA games has easily 120+ ... and it shows 86 on PC because it has less reviews than xbox which is 83 with 90 reviews, and the more reviews that show up the less points it will have
It doesn't take a Genius to know that If you optimize a game to run on a toaster it will perform better everywhere else as well …

No, the problem is a player get matched with all other below average team mates and another team is 1 average player the rest players above average ... its like having a team of pro vs a team of newbies this was all leaked through patents you can play with friends and it get more balanced, but then everyone is just camping and the only way to win is well camping which in turn is well not anything close to fun.
