If not for Skyrim, this would be GOTY. Only kidding. Skyrim could suck but I have faith in Bethesda. Anyway, what matters is that this game rocks and has even surpassed the first one. Rocksteady are one hell of a studio.
Enjoy your 720p and 30fps. Most pc games play fine on most average to high-end pcs. Try customuising a console's hardware. You can't. ^Try adding mods to games. You can't. Try 1080p 60fps. You can't. With consoles, you have to wait 7 or more years to get new hardware. With a pc, you can simply upgrade any time you want.
Seeing as it has an open world, it couldn't work on 360 if it had multiple discs because all the world would have to be stored on each disc anyway. Of course the game would be better if it were PS3 exclusive or even better if pc exclusive but Bethesda like every other game studio have to please the shareholders that make the companies possible in the first place. Deus Ex had me hooked from the start to the finish and most people will tell you the same. The first four hours are also very enjoyable and full of activity. Even if someone doesn't like the game, I can't see how they'd be bored that quickly.
I prefer PS3 to 360 but from the reviews, Forza 4 is probably the best racing game this gen. It's not the best racing simulator but best overall racing game. GT5 is the best sim but the ai dragged the game down a bit. Anyway, owners of both 360 and PS3 have great racing sims to play. End of story. If you own both consoles like me, you get the best of both worlds. Consoles are so cheap now, you might as well get both.
I love GT5 but I believe GTA IV is the best game this gen. I know many people don't but imo, no other game this gen besides Oblivion, Fallout 3, Bioshock, ME2, Uncharted 2 and MGS4, hold a candle to GTA IV.

Who wants to play as an ultra-realistic shooter? This is a game! Nobody wants to be a soldier. Its one of the lowest level jobs one can have and is best left to the undereducated or those with low iq. If it was truly realistic, the player would be standing around the entire time doing nothing or shooting at innocent civilians from a helicopter while laughing at it. Isn't that what real soldiers do?

What they are forgetting is that all three discs can be fully installed on the 360 hdd whereas only 8gb of a total 21gb can be installed on the PS3 hdd. Well if you couldn't reload a save, then it would be impossible. I'd say give the player a limited number of reloads. Think about it. Why is Demon Souls so challenging? It is so because it demands consistency and does this by removing frequent checkpoints that plague modern games. Look at games like Uncharted, CoD and Gears of War. There's more checkpoints than enemies. Imagine if you played a sports game and reloaded when you lost a match? It's all about consistency. That'...
