Incorrect. Wii with Gamecube. Wii U with Wii. Every DS model is full BC with the last system. Wii and DS/3DS you just popped the game in and it just recognized them as Gamecube & GBA/DS games. PS3 with PS1 discs.

It's a tone-deaf knock off of a Nintendo Direct and not as well paced. They just stole that format but forgot a big reason people like NDs. They have one new announcement at the beginning and a stinger announcement at the end. Plus ND's talk more in-depth about the games. They still keep it at around 30 min but jam pack it.

SEGA killed SEGA. You're mostly right about Nintendo but it's less known Sony & SEGA nearly went all in together for the Saturn.
They are still living in the era of gaming where everything was EXTREME. Male dominated and E3 had booth babes. The era of 90s attitude and early 00s edge which is way outdated now. They still think that's cool.

I have PS+ and don't really play online either. I have once in a great while but 9.9/10 I don't. I like having my saves backed up in the cloud. The monthly games are a nice bonus every so often when they interest me.
