If that were the case then Alien would be more like The Thing as it predated Alien. The story goes back to the 30s and the first Thing film is 1951.

Because they used Arcade game design philosophy. Arcades were designed to suck quarters. Games were designed around this logic plus the idea of artificial length since games were very short, to make up for it, they were difficult.

We didn't see the PS4 console until E3. Its presentation about tech specs was Febuary. On the reverse while Nintendo showed the system in October 2016 they gave no details about it until 3 months before launch.
Stuff that only devs need to know and for fanboys to have online spec wars with. The rest of us will just enjoy the games.
I'm not a Sony Pony but there is a reality here. The PS5 logo even tho lazy,created more buzz on social media than the Xbox One Series X console. Once Sony shows a box and a controller and price,it will generate far more hype than Xbox.

Both will deliver nice looking games. Said it before and will again. Sony and Nintendo have the most talented first party devs in the world at getting the most out of their hardware. So we are left with a PS4 Pro vs Xbox One X and yet Pro had games like Spider-Man,God of War,The Last of Us II and more that honestly are on another level.
