It's not true, it was denied by Sega about a week ago now. The only reason the rumour came up was because Sega said they had big news, that "big news" has already been revealed.
The original is my favourite FPS, and this one looks and plays exactly like it, it just has a modern coat of paint on it. It is even using the original dialogue.
I see no reason to add Persona 4 if they didn't plan to release Persona 5 too. I'm pretty confident that it's only a matter of time before Persona 5 is on pc.
