Yes they are and the overhead is a lot smaller than the pc. But next gen games will be massive the world's bigger, smarter Ai better physics then we have ever seen before thanks to the massive Cpu upgrade.. We will get 60 4k on less demanding games no probs but the games like gta6 etc it will be a struggle
It will be upscaled 4k at 60fps on new next gen games can't see them hitting full 4k the newest cards like 2080ti struggle and they are like nearly double the price of a console

The scarlett and ps5 will be between 10 to 13 TFlops but thats all we need for 4K gaming its the CPU that will be the big difference and allow 60fps. Microsoft said it will be 4 time the power of the x that probably including everything combined but not the GPU no way it will be above 14 TFlops
If it is around 12 to 14TF lowest I see is $449 and thats with both companies taking a loss realistically $499
