Virtual servers and physical servers are not at all the same thing. Of course there would be more potential for everything ms is claiming game improvment wise if they really did have that many physical servers. Sony will have worldwide servers as well via openstack and game streaming through gaikai...
Good for microsoft and sony for both having cloud capabilities.... not sure who's will be better for gaming. We will wait and see i guess.
I think Microsoft has confused a lot of people with the Xbone. First off naming it the Xbone instead of Xbthree... or, anything besides one would have been a start. Announcing awful policies then retracting them not long after. Plus all the negative press it has received for one reason or another doesn't help.
I know that Sony messed up in many ways last gen and also had negative press if not more. But Sony had a loyal worldwide fanbase they fell back on, if they didn...
Of course the price point is a big draw for consumers. But even when the ps4 was priced at $460 it sold out in a day at no.1 on amazon. And yes, making it seem like the ps4 is in some way lower quality and only popular because of price is trolling.

Holy cow, that's impressive for uncharted 2... That makes sense with the other characters having much less.
Every character in killzone sf has 40k polys, how many does every ryse character have? Plus it is semi open world with an insane amount of effects at one time and huge draw distance. Sony wont just have Gaikai, that is for game streaming, openstack for dedicated servers.

They use the word triangles because their poly's never have more than 3 sides. Many artists use more than 3 sides in their polygons, if they don't they use the word triangle....
If i was getting the xb1 i would get this, it looks like a great program. I hope sony has something like this in store.

I meant they didn't just buy the tech from another company... And yes I think it is looking great. What works better for actual games than the eye/move combo? Sony's motion games generally score well. While the competitions... not so much. That is because motion gaming actually works well with Sony's set up.... Plus there is not much difference at all between the camera techs now, all Sony needs to do is improve it through firmware.

Seeing as how sony will have two new separate cloud solutions for next gen (Gaikai and openstack), besides the servers they already have currently that they used for exclusives last gen...
Pretty sure Sony will be just fine on that front.
