Why would you want to skip the cut scenes, when they are part of the story? Isn't that one of the best parts of an RPG, the story, or are you in it for the fighting only?
I will try to explain this without being nasty or mean.
In most of today's game you are playing as one person. You press a button and that player attacks. If you get low on health, you move away from your opponent and heal, then back to the attack. You only worry about your character.

All of the storyline issues that this article puts forth can easily be addressed in an updated remake. There is no problem with any of the Don Corneo, plot points, unless you are a homophobic child. They are meant to be funny and that is exactly how they come across. Some of it may change, but most of it should remain exactly as it was.

I have never played an Xbox game or even held an Xbox controller. I have never been jealous of any of their games or had an interest in their games. Scalebound and Quantum Break are interesting, but if Xbox has a new football game and it is an exclusive, I will be officially jealous.
Knack was a very good game that got a bad reputation for no good reason. Knack is a cool game that some thought was for kids because it had no profanity, nudity or blood, but the story is good and tight, the mechanics are tight also.

A 4 rating for this game can not be taken seriously. Anyone who is old enough to have seen Haze, Lair, Kung-Fu Rider or Crimson Dragon, will understand that you cannot put this game in the same category as those games, it is a ridiculously notion. A rating that low should be reserved for a game that is unplayable, The Order:1886 far exceeds that. This is silly, plan and simple.
You do realize that the cut scenes are a big part of the story and the story is great. i understand that some people are not into stories, they just want action but a little patience and attention will expose you to a great story about an alternate universe. JMTC.
I bought the The Order:1886 and I am loving it. I had a Queue of WWE 2K15, NBA 2K15, Shadow of Mordor and I was already playing DA: Inquisition. I had plenty to play and still bought this game because I found the premise of an alternate London, where the knights of the round table, still existed in some form, to be very interesting.

The easy and correct answer to the writers questions is, No. The Xbox One has not had a better 2014 than the PS4.

Because Knack was a great game. The fact that it had no Nudity, Blood or Profanity seems to lead some people to think that it is a kids game but, this old man found the story to be very engaging and the characters to be likable.
