Both are Sony IPs and I doubt very much they'd licence them to EA.
If anything, they'd be more likely to hand them to Lucid

Also don't forget that ports of games like Doom Eternal, Witcher 3 etc are competent, but at the same time compromises had to be made.
Most people have more than one games machine, so why would I choose to buy Doom Eternal for Switch when I could buy it for, say, PS4 Pro which runs at a higher resolution and twice the framerate of the Switch version and is cheaper to boot?

Nintendo do make excellent games but for the most part they're just endless Mario games and loads of Wii U ports.

And where the hell is Metroid Prime 4? This was announced at the Switch launch and still no sign of it? I bought my first Switch on the promise of a new Metroid and sold it 6 months later. Then I bought a Switch Lite thinking that Prime 4 was not going to be far off, but sold it just after my PS5 arrived. Sick of waiting. I won't be buying another one.
It was hugely underpowered at launch. It looks like a dinosaur next to PS5 and XSX.

Absolutely. Freedom of speech is OK as long as it's in line with the agenda. What some people can't seem to understand is that this is exactly the opposite of what free speech and freedom of choice is supposed to be!

Let people make their own choices. I appreciate the subject matter is sensitive but to allow one group of people decide what everyone else can and can't consume is a big no-no in my book

It's decent but by the end of it I was really feeling the open world fatigue. It suffers from the same thing most open world games suffer from; lack of variety. Not in the world itself, but with things to do. Having said that, it's got far more variety in the side missions than Spider-Man. Man that game was repetitive
I prefer the two tone white and black to that all black. It's something a bit different. Most consoles are just black.
That said, I'd welcome other designs or colours

As you say, while there's a warranty in place why the need for a lawsuit? Typically there is a 12 month warranty, so why not just claim under that? My friend did when he experienced the drift on his DualSense and Sony replaced it. Easy. No need for lawsuits at all
I had drift on my Switch Lite and a friend of mine has had drift on his DualSense. He sent it back to Sony and they replaced the controller. So far my DualSense has been fine, and it gets a lot of use
Some of them went with former Liverpool Studios (Psygnosis) staff and formed Lucid Games who made Destruction Allstars.
I'd prefer if Sony would licence the MotorStorm, WipEout and Driveclub IPs to Lucid as they have the experience with them
