Huh? You have to PAY to use Atmos even though you've already paid for the headset in the first place?
What shit is this?
Hopefully CDPR will learn lessons from this.
The lesson being; don't release a steaming bug ridden pile of doggy dung in future.
You don't need phenomenal graphics to be blown away though surely? The way you interact with a game is far more important than how it looks to me. This is where DualSense can make the difference.
Of course the developers have to ensure it's implemented properly though, unlike the likes of Yakuza Like a Dragon and AC Valhalla which barely use the features at all.
PS5 blew me away with a free game - Astro's Playroom. The reason? DualSense.
I'd heard about how good the haptics and adaptive triggers were but i couldn't have known just how effective they were until I tried them myself.
I'm not fussed about graphics, I care more about immersion and the experience, and this is where DualSense really excels when it's implemented properly. It is easily the biggest advancement in controllers for some ti...
Sounds painful
This! BluePoint definitely should become a Sony first party studio at some point. I can see this happening.
We do, but this is capitalism. The alternative is a socialist society and then things would be a damn sight worse
Want a medal?
I bought octopath a few months back for the Switch. It's a really decent little RPG. Very traditional in a lot of ways but with the 8 playable characters that can change jobs there's a lot of depth. Well worth a look
And you know for a fact that every downvote is from Sony fan boys?
You're amazing! How have you not correctly predicted the lotto numbers yet?
Same here, I think it's really nice and I agree with you on the Store, it should just have copied the layout of the PS4 Store. I find the PS5 version unnecessarily fiddly
It's early days. Features will be added along the way. The PS4 didn't launch with every feature that it has now, things got added over time.
BTW the PS5 does have a media player. I've used it a few times for UHD discs. It works well enough, but it can't beat a standalone player.
As for the folders and USB save transfer, I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of time before such features are added. I never used them so don't miss ...
Yes. I'm torn between 2 and 3 as my favourite. I'll say 2 because I remember I bought a PS3 and was playing GoW2 on it, and even then was blown away by how good it looked. The Colossus battle was, and still is, so memorable.
I would love either a HD re-release of the original trilogy on PS5, or, a full on Bluepoint remake.
GoW 2 needs remaking. By Bluepoint.
I assume because PS5 is out and they want people to move over.
I'll admit though, given the size of the PS4 user base it doesn't seem to make much sense. Is it something that wasn't widely used on PS4? I have to admit I don't really know what Communities is, even though I own a PS4
😂😂😂
I mean, at this point I've been working from home, barely left my house in a year. I would give anything to get back to the office.
Covid doesn't scare me, my government does.
I haven't missed out on anything. Most xbox games are also on PC, and I have a gaming PC. So remind me again, why do I need Xbox in my life?
You obviously gave enough of AF to reply though didn't you? If you really didn't care, you would have done what any mature person would do and skipped on by, but here you are.
Exactly. This is a new level right here, paying a subscription for a certain sound mode. Er, a thousand times no.
