I ordered one of these for my my 1000 vita from Japan and it's awesome. If you have a Vita I would definitely recommend buying one it makes a huge difference for remote play and PS Now.
I have an Oculus with a force feedback wheel and driving games are some of the most immersive games I've played in VR so far. I've got my PSVR preordered so I'm looking forward to Driveclub. I would HIGHLY recommend also buying a FFB wheel if you're thinking about getting a VR headset. A HOTAS also.
The article seems to say that Driveclub VR will be released as a new title and not a free upgrade, but the new tracks will be provided to owners of the non VR version, I'm assuming not in VR so you'll probably have to buy that one.
Fun, there was none of it. Game has about a 15 minute gameplay loop. Past that it's repetition forever. Building technology seems to do nothing but improve your stats. No new abilities ever. Shooting is utterly basic and terrible. Space combat is simplified down to sucking. Every planet is ugly and uninteresting making it pointless to explore anything because of how dull it is. If your game is all about exploration but the exploration sucks then your game sucks.
Biggest disappointment of the year so far.
Game looks interesting, but it also looks like a $40 game. I'll probably pick it up.
For a second there I thought they meant the same 2 games they had last month which would have been super lame.
It's no different. You're in the car in VR. Same thing.
I'm not even buying Forza Horizon 3 unless it has VR support .
I can't even play flat racing games anymore. Dirt Rally, Project Cars and Asetto Corsa in VR ruined that for me. There really is no comparison. It's like the only way to play racing games.
Sean 'molyneaux' Murray
I played it and it kind of sucks
And yet somehow their existence made it so this game wouldn't be released in America.
Oh you're one of those constantly positive people. You must be boring.
Is there a type that got bored instantly by the overt repetitiveness and the paper thin gameplay?
It looks more fun to me.
It would have to become pay me to play before I'd go back to it.
It's worth about $3.50
It got hacked recently though so no matter how it's doing you can now run all sorts of cool stuff on it.
