I like in Mass Effect and Witcher picking a girl and trying to f^{k them. It adds a slightly titillating element to the game.
Because porn mixed with games is like peanut butter and jelly. It's a shame no actual good games ever have porn in them though.

No, but it is absolutely appreciated. I would be more inclined to buy a game if it had hardcore porn in it. It's a shame we'll never see a Mass Effect game with hardcore sex scenes. Softcore is such a why even bother thing to do.
Let all those 3DS successor games come out on Switch instead. Although Nintendo seems to really like for nothing to come out on their main systems so they probably won't do that. Better for it to have no 3rd party support and fail miserably.

It's battery roughly lasts as long as the Vita's and I've never had a problem with that. If I need more juice I'll bring a mobile charger.

This is a pretty crappy practice, but it doesn't really affect me that much because I buy stuff from the PS store fairly regularly. If I don't use those few extra dollars it charges I will eventually use them at some point in the future. I could see if you only wanted to buy one cheap thing and never use the store again that it would be annoying to lose that 2 or 3 bucks.
