I use it to play video games in my office at work.
The whole reason I have it is for my Vita. I'll be cancelling, thanks.
I don't know why they're marketing it. I can't seem to buy one.
They'll probably go the way of Final Fantasy and just have the game play for you with one button or something.
What, like buying milk at the grocery store or something? Or does your character wear sweatpants in some missions?
So now you have to win a contest to preorder it? I think I just won't buy it instead.
No, wrestling is stupid.
The Witcher 3 should be the model that every RPG maker aspires to. Such a masterpiece of writing and quest design.
Personally, that's what I really want, a handheld that runs Windows 10. I have a huge Steam library that would be a blast to play on the go, and it would be awesome to dock with a TV and have PC functionality. I'm sort of interested in the Smach Zero, I just wish it didn't use those Steam controller touchpads.
I think if they phase out the 3DS in the future a lot of games that would be developed for it will come to the Switch instead. If they do that they could potentially have quite a large library. After a price cut say sometime around Black Friday, the Switch could be very appealing to casuals. Maybe it can do well, who knows.
If you don't know the benefits of flash memory by now you should look for a basics of IT class at a community college or something.
It would have been super awesome if the dock had been an external GPU that boosted it to beyond PS4 levels when docked and run on a mobile GPU when not. It would be like low/med settings on the go and ultra at home. I hope if Nintendo makes another one of these it's like that.
Sure, I think it's better than a standard tablet from a games perspective, but the thing doesn't even have netflix on it. From a functionality perspective normal tablets will stomp it in everything but games. Add to the fact that it costs $300 and you can get a comparably sized tablet for less. I'm definitely buying one, but it has a strong possibility of going the way of the Vita and the Wiiu.
Motion controls are awesome for VR, but for anything non-VR they suck.
It's not out yet. You must have special eyes if you can see it's long term sales. Every system has hype before it's out.
I love handhelds so I really want them to do well. I just feel the tablet people would rather just get a tablet and the console people would probably rather have a strong home console leaving just hardcore Nintendo fans and the old handheld gamers like me.
A small smash hit. Is that similar to an oxymoron?
Past the first round of enthusiasts I don't see anyone for them to sell to. It'll sell great for like 6 months though.
so like 4 then?
Pretty much the only reason I subscribed to it was for Vita.
