If we are going to speculate about it, then Grand Theft Auto has to stay in the USA and that his because of the gun culture and the satire towards American life imo.
One thing I'd like fixed in GTA is the inconsistent Police AI. If I punch someone in an alleyway with no witnesses, I shouldn't get a one star. Also, If I incite a Balla to shoot at me and call the cops, it is annoying that if I attempt to defend myself by shooting a Balla, the cops immediately target me....

MS needs to have more discounts and some games to appeal to Japanese gamers. If gamers in the USA and UK shunned the Xbox One to the extent that the Japanese gamers have done, perhaps 50% discounts would've occurred in those regions as well? /s
