Since Fallout 4 allows the player to choose a male or female avatar, why does the author feel the need to use 'she'? Shouldn't the author instead use 'they' instead?

For gamers with their own VR gear, this may not be as popular as they would already have a number of games to play without having to leave the house. Just my opinion.
Although The Phantom Pain is a multi-platform title, is the game only being sold on PC, PS4 and PS3 in Japan? There is no mention of Xbox sales of the game in the article.

Regarding the lawsuit, I'm surprised Sony didn't try to settle. Also, the Italian company has likely benefitted from the additional advertising but Sony should've sought permission first.
