The only way it could make me interested is if they made like two or three configurations for richer and poorer customers, force developers to make all games for linux and optimise them for theese configurations. If most PC games are not on the platrom, i quit. If there is no gain in performacne over windows, i quit.

The components in next-gen consoles are low end by todays standards and unlike previous generations are based on standard pc architecture with some modifications so their production costs are very low.
