Doesn't matter whether game is old or new, but how much processing power it utilizes. Old games are brute forcing their way to gain better performance, perhaps utilizing hundred percent of cpu ang gpu in the process, thus making system run hot. Better wait for more tests with new generation games, before judgment.

I constantly read, that loading times on "optimized" games will be shorter, but could anybody enlighten me, how do you optimize loading from SSD?

I only check critics reviews, if i want to read some BS for amusement. If i want the truth, i just read few negatvie, mixed and positive opinions on metacritic, and check some gameplay videos. I don't give a crap about those so called "experts" (critics), which usually are strangely blind to flaws, blind man would notice in blink of a blind eye.
EDIT: Also, i don't pay any attention to scores, as there are so many idiots, who can't use 0-10 or 0-100 ...

Loved the games on Dreamcast. Somehow, playing them made me feel so calm... like at peace with myself and the world.
