Right on the money! RO is an awesome game!
If they are so confident in the performance, put it on paper with a 5 year warranty!
You have no idea what you are talking about. SWTOR was a 150 million investment, not including all the other MMOs. Diablo 3, Sims, Simcity, Arma series......shit I could go on for hours. But in the end, play what you want, I am not going to pay for it............
This isn't a game, this is a space life simulation. I played for a while; the learning curve was bearable, a lot hard than most MMOs, but on par with the X series. But the time sink into every aspect from building relationships to harvesting is a massive undertaking. If humans ever venture into space, this is what it would be like.
This is one of my favorite games that I cannot get enough of! This is a instant purchase!
Depends on the game.
Well I have been wrong all these years!
If I can rip the award from Taylor Swifts hands, then I am in!
This can be a win for all involved and not a death nail!
I work with a guy who can't stand FPS games. And admits that he sucks at them, but does not care. I prefer FP RPG games (Ultima Underworld, Everquest), but shooters are a saturated market.
Saw them in New Orleans in 1988 (or 89) at the time had the loudest sound system on the planet, concert was awesome, of course! Eddie Rocks!
DRM is ok as long as it does not bend over their paying customers!
I agree it will flop on PC. But hopefully it will do well on the consoles!
PC will get games from Xbox One and PS4, plus all the crap we get anyway. PC is the way to go if you want to save money. If you are a college student or a lite gamer (buys console and a game a year), console all the way. But if you have a family and/or are a hard core gamer, PC is the cheapest entertainment bar none! If you have any doubts go to dlcompare and look at Watch Dogs for PC's price. $20 cheaper BEFORE LAUNCH!
My PC could run the next-next gen games. So what!
I have enough games to play until 2015 and never need to buy another one. But since Steam is going to have their DAMN sales next week, I am going to burn more cash and have more games and love it!
That is what I care about!
I prefer the buy to play model. But what scares me is the game might shutdown in a year.
The price is that today. How long will these consoles be around and the price drop of the TV?
I bet these TVs are the price of my 56 inch in a couple of years!
He knows more that I do. But hey, I just save a ton of cash on Steam, bought Dead Island two with DLC and the Sniper series for $37!!!!!!!!!!!!
Like I have stated many times here in the past. If consoles ever have full mouse and keyboard support and have the ability to run Strategy games, PC gaming will be done.
DayZ and Eve not going to happen, but the others, I don't see why not......
