Console game $59.99, same PC game $29.99 thru $49.99 at release. Watch Dogs for me at release was $32.00. Yes I will admit that a console is cheaper, not by much. You have to take into account that you use a TV, a PC can do the same, but lets be honest, how many do that? (I am sure there are some that do)
So you have console, plus TV, plus how many controllers that are expensive, plus other accessories. All of that adds up.

I just bought a 290x GPU at a scream of a deal. But I had a 7870 with a 3570K cpu and 16 gigs of ram. And with that last build I would have been fine for a long time and it was built in 2012. But with the 290X, I am flying high!

You don't have to spend $100 on it. Only if you want to have your own solar system, plus other perks, with Alpha and Beta access. When the game is released, you will get it like any other game. Its good though!
Horseshit!I got over 400+ games on my Steam account and that isn’t even including Origin, Gamer’s Gate, Green man gaming, GameFly , Uplay etc. They are not going to shove the shaft in you.
