Sin City would be a good one, District 9 maybe, the rest, heeeeeeellllllllllllllllll no.
I bought FFXIV on a whim, never played the first one. However I am pleasantly surprised how well the game is made. The only issues are that there is a lot of lag from the mass amount of players. Good game and harder than 90% of the MMOs out there and that is a good thing. You will not find the instant gratification of other games, this is more like old EQ than anything else.
Well have our national pride, but wouldn’t it be nice if we had a Gamers Olympics?
Ahh, Intel or Amd, ATI or Nvidia, we all PC brothers here, doesn’t matter. As long as the game works and works good, we are happy.
When they make something worth a shit, I’ll bite. But a flight sim? Make X-Wing vs Tie Fighter if you want to impress me. I never played Fable 1 or 2, why would I care about 3. And Age of Empires omg, I can play Starcraft 2, Elemental, Company of Heroes, and Civ 5.
Played FFXIV lst night (CE), it is good. Beautiful game.....
I think the point of the video is that Peter is a fan of Valve and would love to get his hands on it. He is just being funny by using his son. Hell my son is 9 and he played all Half-life games from 6 til now.
The reason PCs don’t do well as they should. When you have Sony and Microsoft making tons of money off of people: what do you think they will say about the competition? Hell I have been using computers since the C-64. And in all those years I always heard that PC gaming is dying. Now I own 4 top notch computers in my home and my family and I have a blast on them. Dirt 2, Borderlands, L4D1 and 2, CODs, Battle Station and many more let us have a blast.
I like racing games, strategy, RPG and FPS games (not in that order). When Street Fighter, Virtual Fighter and Mortal Combat was the big thing, I didn’t like them. I am a PC gamer and love my gaming. But games like those and sports games (except the manager series and racing) should stay on the consoles.
What country are you from?
I haven’t bought a hard copy game in years, excluding Starcraft 2. I got it on a combo deal with a video card, so no choice.
I still don’t understand these morons talking about the PC. If you do not want to make or port a game for the PC, don’t. There will be other companies willing to fill the gap.
He thinks he is a rock star or something.
Well I have been trying to download the beta for three days, still not half way. And how many days until release? I would wait until the game is released at least a month for the big squashing to begin. But as it going to fail, I imagine that it will do as any other MMO released.
It depends on the type of multiplayer.
A good co-op game can live a very long time if LAN is included. I still play Nazi Zombie on occasion. Borderlands and Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, I play weekly.
A multiplayer game that is just a PvP is good once released, but does get stale eventually. And that depends on the amount of players involved.
But does it have to include multiplayer? Yes because that is a selling point for me.
However...
I disagree; there is a place for all types of games and players.
I assumed I was going to get a blow job last night and the night before that and the night before that and the night before that.
In my experience with the systems I have built (I have built them since the 80’s). Nvidia is the better of the two as an average.
Now with CPUs I would go AMD all the way, I never had a problem with them and I have had problems with Intel. However on the video card market and my games I prefer Nvidia.
So I am an Obsessive Compulsive, Adrenaline Junky, Commander and a Competitive Gamer. Funny.............
I bet the Taliban have this game on pre-order so they can practice. Once they are finished they are going to invade Britain first then the ole USA.
