Damn read my mind. I was wondering if there would ever be a GRID 2 at all.
9 Maps is quite a lot of variety! Bobby would probably say: "You know what? Let's just release 5 maps only and then release the other maps as DLC for $6 each!"
It will be more than just worth it!
There are people who immediately purchased the PSP go thinking that it would somehow play their collection of UMDs for their PSP go, but only to meet disappointment.
With this conversion program, it means that their games will no longer be obsolete.
I'm curious as to how they are approaching this. If it's just a conversion program, then people could just easily share with others whatever they bough...
He's probably afraid that if he goes quickly for like 2 minutes, comes back, someone will have stolen his spot, just a "mere" 6 days before the game is released!
Wouldn't want to risk it now would he?
True.
They get in line days ahead of everyone...just to be first. Very short celebration moment, very long time taken to achieve it. The funny thing is how he won't win anything or get a medal/prize for it while someone else will probably walk into best buy like 8 hours later, grab a copy and go home.
Are these Memory Cards proprietary or are they like M2 memory cards?
...and what do sales got to do with a person like myself as a gamer, eagerly waiting for this beast of a portable?
The Vita currently has lots of things that I want and can't get from the 3Ds, such as a powerful device on the go, connectivity features that I care about, such as the PlayStation Network that brings shame to Nintendo's network system, transfarring...
nuff said.
They have been for quite some time - with their Sony Ericsson cellphone division.
At this point, they should've hurried up before they even launched the 3Ds.
At this point, I wonder if there is a reason to even pick up a 3Ds. 100 titles within the launch window - very good move. Planning ahead and focusing on what people actually care about: GAMES!
Yep...only thing standing between me, the PlayStation Vita and its games --- TIME!!!
I agree. After a person sees that the vita version is coming with MGS2 in HD, it's gonna be kind of pointless to get the 3Ds one.
If it weren't for Nintendo's 1st party line up, I assure you the 3Ds wouldn't survive long on 3rd party titles like MGS3Ds or Resident Evil. It's their 1st party studios that count. In their conference, people expected to see lots of 3rd party support. They did, but in very little amounts.
This is a problem that...
That reminds me, I should go pick up a copy of this game very soon (this week).
Lesson learned:
-Always stay on the relevant topic on any forum discussion.

Now, only thing standing between us and the PlayStation Vita is time.
Never underestimate the willpower and dedication that some gamers have.
Cliffy is the one who said that the easter egg in Gears of War 3 will take months, if not years to find. Wait until the game is released and see how people will find it in no time.
This is actually looking very good, considering how dated the console's GPUs are. Well, at least this gives a chance for those people out there who never had a PC capable of playing the game.
It's a good game. I consider it to be better than its sequel (my opinion).
@supremacy -
Don't forget the most important part to a consumer: the price, which Sony happens to have done well. :D
Question is, will it sell?
I know the Nintendo protable systems are very popular, and so is Call of Duty. But people tend to buy Ninty products just to play Ninty games. With Nintendo, 1st party comes first and always first.
I'm curious to find out how this would do.
After years and years of waiting, people were just let down.
