New skins new locales same sounds same graphics from 2006. Typical Activision. I wish the sales bomb so they are forced to get out of their lazy chairs and tell their devs to use modern tools. Are they wearing blinders? They just have to open their eyes and look at games in last 3 years on all platforms and then have the nerve to say that their game is better.

I am a 360 fan since 2005 when the games on it surpassed my PC having i believe 6800GT or something at that time as i have changed vga cards more than i can remember. But i never doubted the power of pcs and neither most 360/pS3 console gamers. I dont know why many ps3/sony followers have blinders on and can't see anything wrong what sony doe...

I would love to have something for deus ex. Was disappointed when i played it last night at maxed out Dx11 settings and looked like something from mid 2000s.
It's a good game but not one for eye candy. Hell, there are no normal/bump mapping (at least in the first level till i played last night). Pretty disappointing considering i maxed all the settings on DX11 and it's giving me 85~95fps but doesn't have the oomph. Perfect dark zero on 360 had better textures.
I remember playing the originals like system shock / deus ex back in the days and those did make you go wow not this one.
Still the game is fun ...
Yep you're right. Thanks to Cliffy B, we have MB shared ram in 360. I think from programming side they have every right to dictate/suggest what should be put in hardware as making a douche of hardware means devs will struggle to make something worthwhile on it and some may just reject the platform out-rightly.

Maybe because he was instrumental in boosting gaming on PC back in 90s as he released DOOM and it's sequels which led to fps genre as we know it. It's a game you may not remember as you werent born then.

How naïve of you. I have nothing compared to Robert in terms of bank balance and i have 1 x 1080p 50" plamsa, 1 x 1080p 42" plasma and 1 x 1080p 42" 3D tv. I would jump to 103" if i have 1/24th of his money.
Word. I was so pissed at getting a 7950GX2. No support in games, no support by vendor and just few months later came out with 8xxx series. However 4870X2 was still much better.

I dont know, i saved about few 100$ back in the days when 360 was launched and i bought it not waiting for the ps3 which came 1 year later and @ 699$. The hype of bluray, 120fps didn't convince me. I'm glad i stuck to my earlier decision.

It's not a matter of how big the installation is on ps3 but how much time it will take. earlier 2 ~ 4 gb used to take anywhere from 20mins to 30mins for 8 gb are we talking about an hour? Btw any option to fully install the game on ps3?
On 360 on disc can install in 7~8 mins. You can have the option of:
1. Playing straight up w/o installing - immediately
2. Playing after installing disc 1 - 7~8 mins wait
3. Full install - about 21~24mins
This was PC version however it would be still pretty intensive on consoles but with about 24 players. However with 64 players on PC it's pur war. I remember playing BFxxxx back in the early 2000s and we had such teamwork that i was asked to join a clan in UK while i was based in Dubai. We used ventrilio software to communicate and take commands from our team leaders to knock the socks of other gamers.

That's no excuse. I've made quite few friends while playing online games. Either they like my gaming skills and add me or prob hate me for pawning them and then they ask to friend me. Whatever LOL.
If your current friends dont share the same hobby you can have more friends who do :D
OT: I only bought one map pack for MW2 and never again. Had bought before for BF2142 and BF2 though on PC.
