After 6 years and sony still can't hit the side of barn when it comes to chevos integration and dashboard quality of 360. Next gen is upon us hope they have the farsight this time rather than copying MS console.
Sorry that won't make me go and buy a win 8 product, i'm happy with my Galaxy S3 and will wait for the app to come out on it.
It's more "new" generation than "next" if purely go by technology advance over the last version. Compared to computer components which become last gen in 5~6 months this console should have had pretty good hardware upgrade from last one, not just leveling up to current gen consoles like PS3 and 360.

Tried the demo yesterday on XBLive it's amazing how much the graphics have improved over forza and that too in open world.

@kratos this forza is not in same catagory as Foraza 4 or Gran turismo if you bothered to read. It's freestyle racing game ala NFS or Burnout type.
Forza 4 already beat GT 5 in terms of simulation level.
Shame with the asking price one can DIY 3 PCS of same specs.
To be honest the consoles don't have the overheads of a full PC with drivers and tons of services running in background and hence can match pc games easily on low medium level on current gen. SO in next gen i expect these consoles to do current gen PC quality games on medium level which is better than pcs from 2 years as you said.
BTW have you seen games on smart phones nowadays and with just arm processors can match ps2/xbox level graphics. IT's all about optimizati...

Jim Cameron take note. Next time don't spend 100s of million on computer hardware. For Avatar 2 just buy 2 x 720 and 2 x ps4. You'll be good to go..
