This is the actual depiction of Gears...
"If Doom or Quake was to be announce to consoles it would more likely be for 360 only."
Not really. http://www.tomsguide.com/us...
Despite his comments on how complicated the PS3 is, he loves the fact that Sony came prepared by getting that BD drive on the machine. Now if the 360 had a next-gen disc drive(whether HD-DVD or Blu-Ray) then your comment would sta...
Elder Scrolls V with ID Tech 4, Im calling it first.
wow, thats big.
well at least the DLC is free. still this game was a let down for SOCOM fans. it disappointed the Pope as well.
NO REALLY???? did people actually think this game would make an appearance on the PS3 after the ClusterF**k that made with this game on 360 Hardware running on UE3. if the game ran that bad on the 360, I wouldn't want to think about what would happen if it ran on the PS3, especially since it runs on UE3....
SE Should next time stop focusing on making a quick buck off of gamers by paying a license to an engine thats built for shooters; thats already done, but have no freaking id...
talk about Whoring a franchise...
The Pope Disapproves. Please n4g is not a circus. please leave.
Super_secret apparently beat gamesblow in credibility LOL
i would be surprised if its Cross-Game Invites.
that has been one of the most requested feature since Day one. you see being able to accept an invite from any game you play to automatically jump to another straight into the online lobby room/game is a dream that PS3 owners want to experience. Sadly the current online system isn't as dynamic as it is today. its actually pretty static. receive an invite as a message, log out of the game manually, boot up the game that your friend...
so what does it do? just add more stability to the system?
both versions are the same.
-Graphics are 100% identical
-Both Versions have their Achievements/Trophies
-Both Versions have great controls
-Both Versions have the same features
its up to you if you want to play it on either version. I prefer to play this game on the PS3 since the analog controls are symmetrical and the game is primarily focused on analog controls, Not to mention a bunch of my friends are going to get it for PS3, so they use the PSN to play...
because FF VII was the game that made people care about RPGs in the first place. and so to see it sell this much in 2 weeks says alot.
it rings a bell at SE that people want a Remake
it rings a bell at sony that consumers want their PS1 fixes for the PSP.
dont be surprised if it happens with the 80gb for the slim.
Sev the Prophet Delivers.
well the DS3 has sixaxis, so lets see if they can do something with it along with the eye and the Mo-Co
that's true, im pretty sure they will be able to find away to translate this well, it is a game that was built for the DS. I would rather have a GTA game that's built for the PSP rather than a port. Still I wouldn't be surprised if this game sells over 100,000 (UMD and Download Combined) on the first day, especially when the PSP go is going to make an appearance when that game launches on the platform this fall.
"Of course Sony fans will compare it to the GTA that were on the PSP and the PS2 and act like it was all PSP sales."
Yes because we know how spin numbers to make sure they are coming from one platform by us, the fanboys, when the reality is that the first iteration of the PSP game(GTA:LCS) did sell over 5 million, while the PS2 Version of the game sold over 3 million sales.

what remote do you have? is it a Logitech Harmony Remote? if so, you can get the IR add on for it from logitech, pretty expensive though, i believe its about $60.
as for the HDD problem, i feel your pain there. I wish Sony fixes that issue sometime in the future...
Other than that, congrats on getting a PS3.
