simply put, the Ram in the PS3 is XDR ram. it Rapes DDR3 ram, no, it Destroys it, rapes it, and takes a Crap on it. But heres the thing, its Expensive as F**k. so if you were to add more ram on it, the Price of the PS3 would of been More than $600 at launch. and you would of been kicked out of your job by the CEO.
