Power was everything for Sony players not long ago. When every game was performing worse on the Xbox it was all jokes. Maybe it’s indicative of what to expect from their machine, a half step forward rather than a true next gen console. Then they’ll hit Sony players over the head with a pro model later at a higher price point

I applaud waiting for facts but all the leaks are leading to the truth. The PS5 will be significantly underpowered compared to the series x.
We can accept the rumors and leaks of a 399 price point but not one of it lacking power? Crazy
For the rumored specs I’d say 400. I can’t see them launching at a higher price point.
I like looter shooters if they’re done right. The first destiny had so much meaty content I could play it all the time. Same with the first division. The problem is this new slow drip of content and in the case of destiny most of their ‘new’ content is rehashed old stuff

DS is enjoyed by some people at least but division 2 was just an utter failure compared to the first game. Never seen a dev wet the bed that bad before
What exactly has rockstar done to warrant such praise? They have some cool stories but I personally feel they get too much credit for what amounts to graphics and mediocre gameplay.
Not to mention they released an incredibly boring game on their last outing.
Comp MP takes the fun out of MP. Every MP game with comp feels super sweaty and cheesy now. Every dev wants the next esports game for some reason smh

VR is still too niche to be taken serious. MS needs to focus on what they already have cooking up. They have enough 1st party studios and by the rumor mill they have the most powerful console going next gen. Focus on that. Let VR prove to be more mainstream and I’m sure they’ll jump in.
As long as Sony can pump out another TLOU, God of War, and Uncharted, they’ll never be done.
They are the kings of third person. Adult narrative driven games. It’s what MS has been lacking.
Bad examples. We’re talking about Phil knowing their weakness is big budget games and deciding to be consumer friendly and dumping money into their very own huge studio. Even with other acquisitions, it’s clear, MS has money to burn.
