Strong showing? They showed polished dlc and cartoon games. Horizon looked cool but looked the same as before. All this hype about games of next gen and they showed mediocrity at best. They should be thankful that tlou is scoring well because that games reveal was a snooze fest

Anyway I’m an Xbox gamer and I’m going to say Sony won this generation off the strength of one thing, they had a couple top notch games that were unmatched anywhere else.

These ps5 apologists are missing the point. The PS5 will be a fantastic console, Xbox has better specs so wouldn’t it mean they’d be capable of even more?
Just thinking about what this gen did with such inferior hardware..next gen should be beyond anything we could dream of on both platforms. The pressure isn’t on the hardware anymore, it’s on devs pushing them to the limit.
Doubtful on xsx. And even then there’s expandable storage. I got 1k put to the side for everything I could want next gen so I’m not worried.

What’s there to be defensive about? Xbox is in the driver seat going into next gen. Sony going to show 30+ games tomorrow high most won’t even see the day of light again until years down the road and most will undoubtedly be multiplat.
