Back in the ps one/ ps 2 era games were $20-$50 with sp campaign, multiplayer campaign, free unlockables, mini games, alternate paths, map editors, cheat codes, multiple endings for freeeeeeee. Sorry, but I need content in my games which indie games provide in spades.
You can play pc gaming on a hdtv set with the gamepad of your choice. That's why I consider myself a console gamer, I moved my gaming pc from my room to the living room. Hook it up to my 42 inch hdtv smart set, hook it up with a 360 gamepad. Voila a true console experience using a pc.

Yes that is how it was during the PS one/PS 2 era.
