Why would they do that? Resident Evil 2 Reborn looks fan-made and nothing that would come from Capcom.

If you actually read the article; It states the psychical version has all the DLC (Think GOTY); So it's safe to assume the digital one will be out September and the psychical one will be out a year later (With all the DLC)

Not sure who this information helps but eh: First thing that went offline for me was the developer's payment area, Then followed quickly by the community.
I think there was a hack attempt but I think Steam went into emergency mode. Perhaps there was a loophole in the security of the community or something.
